Ramen has the power to make us happy. The dream is to spread ramen culture all over the world - starting with the fire and brim of Menbakaichidai fire ramen!

Elephant tourism is one of the most exploited trades in Thailand. These beautiful animals are often beaten into submission so that tourists can come ride them and see them do tricks.  Instead, tourists are encouraged to come to sanctuaries like the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary to feed the elephants, bathe with them in the river, and interact with them more naturally. 

On our last night in Singapore, we treated ourselves to a real sushi dinner at Sushi Mieda. And for those sushi aficionados, this was my very first real and authentic sushi experience. So you'll have to bear with me when I say that this experience changed my perspective and expectations for sushi forever. 

We spent three days in Singapore - one entirely dedicated to Gardens by the Bay; and it was so beautiful. So, if you've got a spare 7 - 10 hours, you may consider this to be one of the best (and debatably lowest cost) thing to do.
